  • How My Team Recruited Over 1 Million Customers

How My Team Recruited Over 1 Million Customers

Want to peek at my personal recruiting numbers that lead to my team having recruited over 1 million customers?

I’m flying back to Dallas right now from Cali, Colombia after a ROCKING event we did there.

As I was looking through some of my older pieces of training, I found one from when my team recruited over 1 million customers. In that training, I shared my personal recruiting numbers and what that led to.

    Take a peek:

In 8 years, I estimate that I personally showed my business to just over 1,000 people.

    From those 1,000 I personally sponsored 280.

**Meaning at least 720 told me no.**

Of those 280 that I sponsored, 237 quit.

Leaving me with 43 active after the 8 years.

Of those 43 there were 6 major leaders that had emerged. There were other smaller teams, but here’s the breakdown for the customer counts generated from those six:

    • One led to 6,000
    • One led to 20,000
    • One led to 23,000
    • One led to 52,000
    • One led to 300,000
    • One led to 750,000

When I share this, people tend to think, “How the hell do I find six leaders like THAT?” How did (essentially) 6 leaders lead to a team that recruited over 1 million customers?

I’d love to tell you I have the magic formula for finding these incredible leaders. But the truth is, I had no idea who the 6 were going to be. I only found the 6 because I was willing to sort through the 280 to find them.

The only way I found the 280 was because I was willing to go out and show my business to over 1,000.

And more importantly, I had to be willing to get rejected by the 720!

You see, you don’t create massive success by only finding leaders. You earn a success by getting massive rejection.

Simply put, if you’re not willing to go out and get rejected, you’re not willing to do what it takes to succeed.

The reason I succeeded was because I took insane levels of action and understood that rejection was going to be part of the game… and when I heard, “No. It’ll never work. I don’t have the time. I don’t have the money. Etc”, I had no emotional attachment and simply followed the chorus to my favorite Jay Z song that says, “On to the next one.”

My friend, if you’re looking to build an empire, be ready to always move “On to the next one!”
