I felt it in my body. I saw it in my mind. I pictured the smile on my face. I even imagined my friends congratulating me.

Here’s how to make it work for YOU:
1. Pick a Goal
Ask yourself: “What do I really want?”

Just pick one thing.
2. See It Like It’s Real
Close your eyes. See it clearly. Pretend it’s already done.
